Subject: Link11 Emergency Maintenance in DE/Frankfurt 09.04.2011 17:00 MEST


We have just lost a couple of links in 2 etherchannels between switches in Frankfurt (FRA1).
The situation seems to be stable right now, but the links are refusing to rejoin the etherchannel and so 3 edge switches are currently online with reduced available bandwidth.

We're working on the problem and will update this ticket when more information becomes available.

As we are unsure of why the links are refusing to rejoin, it's possible
that we're dealing with a software bug that could lead to an unexpected downtime. We're of course trying our best to not let that happen but at this point, we just don't have enough information to make a definitive statement.
